Do you have a brick and mortar store?
We only sell through our online store.

How do I know if an item will fit me or which size to order?

Is it safe to use my credit card to order online?
Yes! Our orders are processed safely and securely through Google Checkout or PayPal. PinupDresses never sees, handles, or transmits your credit card information. If you don't currently have a Google Checkout account, signing up is easy, especially if you already have a Google account such as Gmail. For more information see our payments policy.

What shipping service do you use?
We ship primarily using USPS because it is the most cost-effective method. If you have any questions about shipping costs, methods, special requests, or need more information, please see our shipping policy or contact us.

Do you ship outside of the United States?
Yes, we ship worldwide. If you have any questions about shipping costs, methods, special requests, or need more information, please see our shipping policy or contact us.

What if I want to buy more than one item?
USA customers, you can use the Google Checkout cart feature to order more than one item and receive combined discounted shipping. International customers or PayPal customers, please contact us with your email address, shipping address, and a detailed list of the items you would like to purchase, and we will send you a combined invoice.

Do you charge sales tax?
Orders with ship-to addresses in Florida will be charged sales tax of 7.0%.

How long does it take to receive a pre-order dress?
Usually about 10-14 days, sometimes sooner. Please scroll down to your size in the measurements section for more information about approximately how long it would take to receive your order. Feel free to contact us at any time before or after you place your order for an ETA.
