All returns must be postmarked within three business days of receipt unless otherwise indicated in our return authorization. Items with deodorant or makeup stains, smelling of perfume or with any damage resulting from the buyer trying on or wearing the item will not be accepted for returns. All discretionary returns for refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

If you need to return an item, please contact us immediately for instructions using the link above. If possible, include the original packing slip with your return. If you don't have the packing slip, please make sure to include a copy of our address inside the package.

We attach a tag to our items in a place that does not harm the garment. The same item that was shipped must be returned in the same condition it was sent and must have the tag still attached and unaltered.

To qualify for a refund: Contact us for return authorization. Postmark within three days of receipt. Purchase and email us the delivery confirmation number or tracking number.

We provide extensive measurement information for our items so please check the measurements carefully before ordering in order to avoid having to return an item due to incorrect fit.

If the return is due to our error, we will pay for return shipping and provide a full refund upon receipt. If the return is discretionary (for a reason other than our error), we may offer an exchange, store credit or refund. Discretionary returns for refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee. For discretionary returns, customer pays return shipping, and the original shipping costs are non-refundable.

International customers - on the customs form, mark the package as being a "return".
